Laser Diode Arrays (Linear)

These Water-Cooled Laser Diode Linear Arrays are mainly designed for high power Nd:YAG rod lasers.

The wavelength & output have been exactly controlled during the mounting & buin-in-test. expected life time of 10,000 hours.

The regular wavelength is 808nm, other wavelength can be customized (780nm, 880nm, 915nm, 976nm, 980nm or etc).

The output power is 20W or 40W for each diode bar.

These linear arrays are mounted in purified Nitrogen environment by highly skilled engineers & reflow soldering machines.

The heatsink structure is designed with excellent heat dissipation capacity so that we can connect up to tens of 20W or 40W laser diode bars in series on a single linear heatsink.

It is designed for high power laser diode pumping or illumination.
